All services are performed in accordance with Illinois law. Deposits may be required. Full payment is due before service unless otherwise agreed. Travel and administrative fees are separate from state-regulated notarial fees.

MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES (Travel Fees)

Mileage-Based Travel
- 0–10 miles: $45
- 11–20 miles: $55
- 21–30 miles: $75
- 30+ miles: Quote required
Additional Mobile Fees (if applicable):
- Restricted/high-security location (hospital, jail, etc.): $50
- After 5pm CST / weekend / holiday: $50
- Guaranteed same-day mobile service: $50

(Notarial acts billed separately at $5 per act and $25 when Electronic is used)

ADMINISTRATIVE & TIME-BASED FEES (Non-Notarial)

Document readiness/compliance review (non-legal): $50 per document set
Wait time beyond 15-minute grace period: $15 per 15 minutes (maximum $60)
Re-attempt or second visit: $40 plus travel (if mobile)
Witness procurement: $50–$100 per witness
Priority guaranteed same-day booking (non-mobile): $50

PRINTING & DIGITAL SERVICES

Printing: $1.00 per page
Scan-backs/electronic delivery: $1.00 per page
PDF conversion/combining/renaming: $1.00 per page

COURIER & DELIVERY COORDINATION

Local courier coordination: $100
Non-local courier coordination: $100+
Same-day or expedited handling: $50

Hague Convention Countries
- Apostille coordination: $200 per apostille

VITAL RECORD RETRIEVAL
