Notarial Act
$25 per notarial act
- Identity verification must pass Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA)
- Credential analysis for government-issued photo ID
- Audio-visual recording is retained as required by Illinois law (10years)
- Notary is physically located in Illinois for all RON appointments
Technology Fee
$25 technology fee per RON session
All remote online notarizations are performed by an Illinois-commissioned notary in full compliance with Illinois remote notarization requirements.
